Sarah attended the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design in Dundee, where she was Vice-president of the Association of Dundee Architecture Students. She first worked as an architectural assistant in the Office of Public Works, Republic of Ireland, before joining Hoskins Architects in 2000. Sarah became a qualified ARB Architect in 2003, and in 2005 she was promoted to Associate.
While at Hoskins Architects, Sarah has worked on many notable award winning projects, and her considerable creative ability has contributed fully to the growth and success of the practice. A key achievement in Sarah’s career was winning the ‘Emerging Architect of the Year Award’ in 2007 at the Scottish Design Awards. Sarah’s role in leading projects involves the coordination of multi disciplinary teams, client liaison, programme and resource management and design development at every stage; she is also responsible for coordinating the practice’s design reviews, which are central to Hoskins Architects approach to the delivery of high quality design.
